Shrimp And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6.25 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (5 minutes quick cooking type)
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sliced asparagus or broccoli
    1 lb. large shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine rice, seasoning, water and 2 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a vigorous boil.
    Add asparagus or broccoli.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until water is absorbed (about 5 minutes).
