Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions.
    Remove from heat.
    Add other ingredients except for 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Can be fixed the night before.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
