1 lb. (4 c.) large walnut pieces
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Spread walnuts in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch ungreased jelly roll pan. Thoroughly stir together the sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
