Citrus-Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    dash of white pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh shiitake or button mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 oz. tomato linguine and/or plain linguine, cooked
    orange slices, halved (optional)
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
    Place each breast half between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
    Working from center to edges, pound with the flat side of a meat mallet to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Remove plastic wrap.
