Easy Potato Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick light margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Rinse and drain. Cover a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil. Drop potato chunks in center of foil. Add pepper, salt and margarine. Roll foil together and twist ends inward.
    Place in center of pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
