Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    10 eggs
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Fold in flour, baking powder and milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
