Festive Irish Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 eggs, separated
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine.
Press onto bottom of spring-form pan.
