Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1 lb. ground chuck or sausage
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1 egg
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 dash garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
