Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; knead on lightly floured board only until smooth. Roll very thin and cut into approximately 1-inch slices. Tear off bite size pieces and drop into boiling chicken broth (1 to 2 tablespoons margarine may be needed if chicken isn't fat enough). Cook, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Stir to keep from sticking.
