Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium, diced potatoes
    1/4 stick butter
    10 oz. barbecued beef
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 medium, chopped onion
    10 oz. barbecued pork
    2 cans white chunk chicken
    1 can drained peas
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onion and potatoes and add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
    Makes 5 quarts.
