Cactus With Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) jar or fresh cactus
    1/2 lb. pork meat
    1 large can red chile (Las Palmas)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut meat to bite size.
    Fry meat; then add chili and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add cactus and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Eat with beans and flour tortillas.
