Hunker Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked pinto beans
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
-
In skillet, brown the meat.
In casserole dish, layer half the beans, meat, onion and cheese.
Repeat layer with the other half of ingredients.
Pour enchilada sauce over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
