Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chopped green onions, including tops
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins.
    Cool and peel; shred coarsely.
    Mix melted margarine with cheese and add to potatoes.
    Add onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
