Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c. Splenda or NutraSweet
1 large pkg. orange jello (sugar-free is good)
2 1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. halved grapes
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation

Cook cranberries in 1 3/4 cups water for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook 15 minutes. Add nuts after cranberries are cooked.
Add the jello and 3/4 cup cold water. Stir until dissolved and let cool. Add rest of ingredients.
