Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. Borden salad dressing
1 (No. 2 1/2) can Stokely's fruit cocktail
1 can Stokely's pineapple chunks, drained
12 to 15 maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut fine
1/2 pt. Oakfarms whipping cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. sugar
cherry juice for color
Preparation

Mash and stir cheese until softened.
Blend in salad dressing until smooth.
Add fruits and cream which has been whipped stiff with the sugar.
Add enough cherry juice to give color, then spoon into molds and freeze firm.
Cover tops with wax paper before freezing.
