Piquant Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 chicken breasts, split and boned
    2 c. Rose wine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. oil
    5 Tbsp. water
    2 1/2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine wine, soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, ginger, oregano and brown sugar in order.
    Arrange breasts in a large, greased casserole.
    Pour sauce over them.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 8.
