Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, cooked, boned and cut up
1 (1 lb.) box macaroni (uncooked)
2 cans mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese or Cheddar cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut in pieces
2 c. milk
1 small onion
Preparation

Brown the amount of hamburg needed for your size family.
Add a package of Lipton onion soup mix and water or beef broth to make gravy.
Add diced onions, carrots and potatoes.
Cook until veggies are done.
Thicken with cornstarch or flour as you would for gravy.
Serve on baking powder biscuits or mashed potato.
