Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add pumpkin and beat well.
    Add other ingredients; blend well.
    Pour into a 9-inch deep dish pastry shell that has been chilled.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake an additional 45 minutes.
