Steak Or What? - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    6 medium potatoes, sliced and boiled
    1 onion, diced fine
    1 can green beans (vegetable of your choice)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup (use a little milk to clean out both cans)
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.
    Pat ground beef over bottom of pan, then spread potatoes over beef.
    Add onion, then the vegetables.
    Mix soups together and our over vegetables.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
