French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 slices day old bread
Preparation
    Break eggs into a shallow dish.
    Beat eggs slightly with fork. Add milk and salt.
    Then mix.
    Melt butter on griddle.
    Dip bread each side quickly into milk-egg mixture so it is coated but not soaked with mixture.
    Put bread on hot griddle and cook over low heat until it is golden brown on side.
    Turn and brown other side.
