Curried Crab In Endive Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. crabmeat
    4 heads Belgian endive spears, separated
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Mix in crabmeat with pepper to taste.
    (Can be prepared 8 hours in advance.) Place 1 heaping teaspoonful of mixture on base of each endive spear.
    Sprinkle with cilantro.
    Makes 24.
