7-Up Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O
1 c. hot applesauce
1 bottle 7-Up (7 oz.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot applesauce.
Add cold 7-Up, blending gently.
Chill 2 hours.
Add celery, olives, nuts and lemon juice. Chill 2 hours.
This is good with ham.
