Deluxe Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Karo corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    If desired, serve with whipped cream.
