Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. confectioners coating, broken into pieces
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

Blend first three ingredients.
Chill.
Using 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 rolls.
Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups.
Melt coating and remaining peanut butter, following microwave instructions.
Spoon into cups.
Chill.
Makes 2 dozen. (Extra coating is good with walnuts and marshmallows.)
