Chicken Parmesan And Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
8 oz. whipping cream
16 oz. fettucini
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
Italian bread crumbs
your favorite spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
pepper
Preparation

Fettucini:
Melt cream and Parmesan cheese over medium heat. Slowly add butter.
Be careful not to scorch cheese and cream. Continue stirring and reduce heat when blended together.
Add parsley and pepper to taste.
Toss together with prepared fettucini.
