Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    6 Tbsp flour (Wonder)
    2 cups milk
    2 cups half and half
    2 cups Velveeta cheese (1 lb)
    2 cups clear broth (chicken)
    2 pkg frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Saute 1/4 cup butter with the onion and celery.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter and add flour in large pan.
    Add the other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted well.
