Dr. Berd Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    3 1/2 oz. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients until blended.
    Do not use mixer.
    Bake in a greased and floured angel food or Bundt cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Place aluminum foil over cake for last 20 minutes.
