Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 lb. chuck
    2 medium onions
    3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 cans water
    2 beaten eggs
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. Colby cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; add dry ingredients, tomato paste and water.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Boil noodles; drain.
    Mix eggs and cottage cheese.
    Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
