Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. milk or cream
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation

Beat together first three ingredients.
Add last three ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
