Ingredients

1 4 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
16 cream-filled chocolate (about 2 c.) sandwich cookies, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat or whisk instant pudding mix and milk about 2 minutes. Cover and chill for 5 minutes.
Stir together cream cheese, whipped topping, blending well.
Place 1 cup crushed cookies evenly on bottom of large bowl or 9 x 9 dish.
