Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 egg
2 c. Cool Whip
chocolate graham cracker crust
Preparation

Cream butter with sugar.
Stir in chocolate; add egg.
Beat 5 minutes on high speed.
Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip; pour into chocolate crust.
Chill 2 hours.
