Hellmann'S Magically Moist Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. chicken pieces, skin removed (optional)
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation

Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in a plastic food bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time; shake to coat well. Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Makes 4 servings.
