Mexi-Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 oz. pkg. corn chips (minus 1 c.)
Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 in 2-quart casserole, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread the top with 1 1/2 cups sour cream.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar and corn chips around the edges. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
