Raw Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 red onion
    1 c. lite mayonnaise
    4 pkg. sugar substitute
    1 head broccoli
    1 green pepper
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Dice vegetables rather small.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar substitute and mustard together.
    Add diced vegetables to dressing mixture and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
