Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. cucumbers, sliced
6 medium onions, sliced
1/2 c. salt
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. mustard seed
3 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Put salt over cucumbers and onions and let set 3 hours. Mix sugar,
spices
and
vinegar. Drain cucumbers and onions. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onions.
Bring to boil and can in glass jars.
