Low Cholesterol Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (16 oz.) pumpkin
    13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg and ginger
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
