Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet butter, softened
3/4 c. fresh strawberries, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Preparation

Place all ingredients in container of blender or food processor. Whip until smooth and light.
Delicious as a spread for warm biscuits or beer bread.
