Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oil until creamy.
    Add flour, a little at a time; blend well.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Fold in apples, coconut and nuts.
    Pour into tube pan; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from pan after about 30 minutes.
