Cream Of Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiled peanuts, shelled
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Puree nuts with 1/2 cup of the broth.
    Cook rice until soft and puree with half cup broth.
    Combine peanuts and rice mixture and add remainder of broth and sherry.
    Season to taste.
    Heat and serve.
