Zucchini Freezer Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 c. water
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot Jell-O
Preparation
    Bring to boil zucchini and 1 cup water.
    Boil for 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Add Jello and boil 6 to 8 minutes.
    Pour in containers and freeze.
    Do not can.
