Creamed Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 can low-fat, low sodium cream of chicken soup
    17 oz. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    2 Tbsp. Ultra Promise
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
    1 large potato, diced
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in Promise until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Add chicken; cook until tender.
    Stir in vegetables and potatoes; heat through.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Preparation and cook time:
    30 minutes.
