Raisin Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 soda crackers, crushed
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook raisins, sugar, crackers and water until thick like jam. Add lemon juice and margarine.
    Make pie crust, roll out and cut in 4-inch circles.
    Put filling in and fold over, press edges together.
    Prick tops with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Very good.
