Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. Mexican cornbread mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Recipe may be doubled for a large dish.
