Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thin strips of meat (beef, chicken or pork)
    diced vegetables (onions, celery, carrots and green peppers)
    Worcestershire
Preparation
    Stir-fry meat on medium-high in a little oil until brown.
    Put vegetables in and continue stir-frying.
    Add a few dashes of Worcestershire.
    Fry until vegetables are cooked enough.
