Chicken Wings Pacifica - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15-20 chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup water
Preparation

Disjoint wings, discarding bony tips. Arrange parts in 9x13 inch baking pan (or larger). Combine all ingredients and heat until butter and sugar dissolve. Cool and pour over wings. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally. Bake, in marinade, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning once and spooning marinade over chicken occasionally. Drain on paper towels and serve hot or cold.
