Lightened Spaghetti A La Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    2 slices turkey bacon
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
    Spray nonstick pan with Pam and cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon.
    In same pan, combine egg, peas, milk and peppers.
    Cook for 6 minutes over medium high heat.
    Do not boil.
    Stir in bacon and half of cheese. Heat through.
    Pour over hot noodles and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Serves 4.
