Pineapple Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. All Bran cereal
2 Tbsp. applesauce
8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. skim milk
1 egg white
Preparation

Combine All Bran, applesauce, milk and egg white.
Let stand 1 minute.
Stir in pineapple, juice and cinnamon.
Fold in flour, brown sugar, soda and salt.
Spoon into muffin pans (sprayed with Pam or paper lined).
Makes 10 muffins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
