Nice 'N Easy Fudge! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 block unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. (full) crushed walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except nuts in a double boiler.
    Heat until melted.
    Add nuts.
    Pour in a buttered pan.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for another hour.
