Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. beef roast (chuck, arm, bottom round or any combination), cut into 1-inch strips
9 to 12 beef bouillon cubes
2 small cans chopped green chili peppers
several shakes of garlic powder
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
4 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 or 2 shakes dry red pepper
2 c. water
