Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    black pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Put in large casserole.
    Add all ingredients, but cabbage.
    Bake until tender, 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven; stir in chopped cabbage.
    Bake until cabbage is done.
